About me
I am a licensed Psychological Psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and working integratively with schema therapy, emotion-focused and trauma-informed approaches.
Having moved to Germany myself more than 15 years ago, I understand many of the challenges that can arise when living between different cultures, languages and social environments. Questions of belonging, identity and adaptation often play an important role in people's lives and relationships.
In my work, I strive to create a safe, respectful and collaborative space where difficulties can be understood in the context of each person's unique life story. Together, we explore established patterns, emotional challenges and practical ways of moving towards meaningful change.

Professional Background
Alongside my private practice, I have been working for several years as a psychotherapist and addiction therapist in a psychosocial counselling centre for queer people, with a particular focus on Chemsex.
In addition, I lead the psychotherapy group "Queer & Addicted" at Tannenhof Berlin, working with LGBTQIA+ individuals experiencing substance use disorders and related mental health challenges.
In addition, I am currently completing advanced training in trauma therapy and work with people experiencing the consequences of traumatic life events and PTSD.
My work across private practice, psychosocial counselling and group therapy allows me to bring a broad and practical perspective to psychotherapy.
